WARRANTIES

Any and all warranties, guarantees and or product promises are nontransferable and are only valid for the original purchaser as listed on the mailing address. Once the item is no longer in the original owner’s possession for whatever reason, any and all warranties, guarantees and or product promises are hereinafter void. If the original owner sells or passes the item on to another person, Rocking Horse Wovens cannot be held responsible for the condition of the item at that time and cannot guarantee the safety or condition the item is in.

HANDWOVEN WRAPS

My handwoven wraps are woven with a lot of care, I always check thouroughly for flaws (like skipped threads) and if I find any, repair them. Repaired flaws do not influence the quality or condition of the wrap, nor safety. It is normal for a handwoven wrap to have some nubs and slubs. Though I put great care in weaving and checking, I could always have missed something. Always contact me first when you find a flaw in your wrap and you aren't sure what it is or what to do.

SAFETY ISSUES

Rocking Horse Wovens can never be held responsible for misuse of the wrap. When wrapping only use safe carries, always make a double knot and face your child inwards.  If there is anything wrong with your wrap stop using it immediately and contact Rocking Horse Wovens.
